We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

  • Orders below $75: $6.99

Priority Shipping — Skip the Queue (includes eco packaging & tracking)

  • $24.99

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here’s what to expect once your order is processed:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Standard Shipping Transit Time: 7–12 business days
  • Priority Shipping Transit Time: 5–10 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM
  • Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or restricted regions where delivery services are unavailable.

Certain products may also be subject to shipping limitations depending on local carrier restrictions.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
